It was not until recently, paired with all the ongoing medical negligence and fraud, that I started demanding accountability and transparency from all companies involved in the behind-the-scenes pay-off schemes and their plots on humanity in general. Presently, it’s impossible to get any medical anything in South Carolina. Instead of addressing the injuries caused by the Medtronic SyncroMed II catheter defects from 1/23/2015 – 11/15/2023, doctors want to cut on my colon and make me bleed internally and suffer. It’s sick, evil, and beyond true, because Oak Street Health in South Carolina was penalized $60,000,000.00 from the USDOJ for filing false claims as of September 2024 https://www.justice.gov/archives/opa/pr/oak-street-health-agrees-pay-60m-resolve-alleged-false-claims-act-liability-paying-kickbacks. Additionally, Bon Secours in South Carolina has to pay $34,500,000.00 in penalties as well https://www.wjhg.com/video/2023/06/15/bon-secours-settles-whistleblowers-claim-greenville-surgeons-got-millions-kickbacks/
Runkel et al. (2025, para. 1) reported the latest is a “hit list” (politically charged, corporate espionage of attempted overthrow of the sheriff’s department and why Chuck Wright resigned) that I informed the whole planet of, including Spartanburg County Sheriff, Spartanburg City Police, and SC Law Enforcement Division (SLED) via 1000’s of emails, texts, website, RipOff Reports, and social media of a designated hitlist as to why my lawsuits and other lawsuits for legitimately injured has not materialized, to now find this is not surprising, but is, https://www.foxcarolina.com/2025/04/30/lawsuit-sources-reveal-details-spartanburg-county-sheriffs-hit-list/. That video also includes that the FBI is not required to notify anyone of an investigation, nor status. They are all professionals sworn to secrecy. At the face of everything, I’m right about everything on my website and social media, and it explains why the local police gave me clearance to sue as of March 2025 with multiple federal no statutes.
Anyway, shifting back to a recommendation field for you that is inline with Mindful Media – restorative, transformational, and transitional justice would be a great, all-encompassing approach incorporated into your modules. From personal experience, knowing the laws and suggesting ways to approach resolution has worked in helping my PTSD from all the abuse. As a victim of illegal trafficking, my emotional intelligence has exponentially grown based on researching the laws and identifying the correlations/patterns associated. Then, finding a way to communicate that message to the masses via digital literacy, would be a win-win-win strategy worth building on. McAlinden et al. (2025, p. 251, para. 1) suggest ‘innovative justice’ to mitigate institutional abuses.
Back to my original concession, (2015) hospitals have been penalized millions in the past for billing fraudulent claims https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdny/pr/32-hospitals-pay-us-more-28-million-resolve-false-claims-act-allegations-related, but yet they think they still have a say over the customer. Medicare clearly states “PATIENT RIGHTS,” not doctor/hospital rights https://www.medicare.gov/basics/your-medicare-rights. Through everything, it is nothing short of abusing the privilege of having customers.
